She holds a Masters degree in Pharmacy with Pharmaceutical Chemistry specialization from RGPV, Bhopal and Bachelors of Pharmacy from UPTU, Lucknow and also undergone professional training in clinical research and medical writing. Ms. Binu Bhatia, Associate Professor:
Ms. Binu Bhatia is the Placement Head & Associate Professor at IGMPI. She has 12 years’ experience of teaching and research and 3.6 years of clinical experience. She is the recipient of “BEST PRESIDENT POSTER AWARD” at 44th Annual National conference of Indian Dietetic Association, AIIMS, New Delhi, 3-5 Nov. 2011 for paper presentation in Poster Session on " NUTRITIONAL AND SENSORY EVALUATION OF A HEALTH MIX DEVELOPED FROM BANANA POWDER." She has also been awarded as second best poster award in Poster Session on "ASSESSING THE EFFICACY OF NUTRITION EDUCATION INTERVENTION AMONG THE COLLEGE GIRLS ON OBESITY" at INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON OBESITY AND ITS RELATION TO BODY COMPOSITION held on 2 June 2011 at Faculty of Applied Science, Manav Rachna International University. Also Qualified National Eligibility Test (Lectureship/AssistantProfessorship)-2004 Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ICAR).Completed The International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK) level 1 anthropometry course and was trained on proper land marking techniques and how to collect a restricted profile (8 skin folds, 4 girths, 2 bone breaths, weight and height). Her research interests include public health nutrition, therapeutic nutrition, nutrition education, childhood obesity and junk food, food product development etc. She has guided more than 25 M. Sc. Dissertation. Ms. Prachi Sinha, Assistant Professor:
Ms. Prachi Sinha is the Placement Head & Assistant Professor at IGMPI-FSSQ. She pursued M-Tech in Food Safety and Quality Management from NIFTEM (National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management). She has completed her B-Tech in Food Technology from SHUATS (AAIDU- Allahabad agriculture Institute of Deemed University).
She has rich industrial and corporate exposures in the Indian MNC (KRBL limited) Food Regulatory affairs professional and also Internal Auditor of HACCP and FSSC-22000 (Food Safety and Management System). She has certified FOSTAC- Manufacturing level 2 by FSSAI. She has a professional skills of labeling regulations for export and domestic market, packaging regulatory and complaint handling, Artwork development, Artwork tracker management, SOP development, Data capture and management for quality rejection and plastic waste, Food Safety and quality assurance, Internal audits, Packaging suppliers audit (BRC Issue- 5), HACCP, FOSTAC, FSMS, GMP, GHP, PRP’s, Allergen awareness, LMA act 2009, FSSAI Regulations, EFSA regulation, Food labeling and allergen regulation e- courses by UKFSA, GSO Regulation, Codex Regulation. Ms. Sakshi Katariya, Placement Officer:
Sakshi Katariya is working as a Placement
Officer with IGMPI. She has completed her MBA in Human Resources
Management from Lovely Professional University, Jhalander (Punjab). She
completed her graduation from CCS University, Meerut. She facilitates the
job placement functions with the aim of expanding and providing top-match
jobs. She is an expert in dealing with clients for providing the manpower
requirement, coordination with clients, candidates and HR till final joining of
the candidates in any company.
She was previously associated with the Estingo Network Pvt. Ltd as a Sr. HR Executive where she handled the whole recruitment process (PAN India) & HR activities. She was responsible for Talent acquisition, Recruitment, Placement and Training & development.
In the Placement cell of IGMPI, she is involved with the students in identifying employment opportunities that match their career goals and interests. She assists students in all aspects of the placement including resume writing, placement cell registration form formalities, interviewing techniques. She always ensures that every student of our institute gets placed.
Ms. Megha Ganotra, Assistant Placement Officer:
Megha Ganotra is associated with IGMPI as a Assistant Placement Officer. She holds an MBA degree in Human Resources and Finance from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She completed her graduation in B.Com (Honors) from Delhi University.
Megha has her expertise in talent acquisition, management, and developing relationships with corporate employers. At IGMPI, she facilitates the job placement functions with the aim of expanding and providing top-notch job placement outcomes for students of the institute. She not only manages the placement activities of candidates from Food, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare backgrounds but also looks after faculty and manpower recruitment for IGMPI.
Prior to this, she was associated with Grownmind Educational Services as an HR executive. She was in charge of handling the seamless recruitment of academic writers, content writers, Quality analysts in the education domain for US and UK-based clients. She has also worked with a staffing firm(Adler Services) where she was responsible for head-hunting expert professionals for top clients like Titan, Concentrix, Teleperformance, Ikya Global, Cogent and Emaar, to name a few. She is an expert in dealing with clients for providing the manpower requirement, coordination with clients and candidates till their final joining as well as background verification.
